I am so happy to be the first Realtor to ever have handled the sale of this beautiful 1912 Craftsman! This home will forever be one of my favorite homes I have ever sold in 22 years. I was immediately drawn to it and fascinated by its history. My seller was only the third owner. I found that amazing. The very first owner, who bought it new in 1912 was a man named Melvin Chaney. Mr. Chaney worked for the Postal Service, mostly at the Bailey Street Post Office, which still stands a few blocks away from this sweet home.
